Nigel has been living in East Africa for over 30 years and has been lead guiding safaris to many areas since 1997. Nigel has lived in both Kenya and Tanzania and knows them intimately. He has led many trips to the Ngorongoro Crater, the Serengeti, Lake Manyara, Lake Tanganyika and the Grumeti region of Tanzania as well as having led safaris all over Kenya

Nigel has a strong educational background having trained and worked as a teacher in Africa at several International Schools. As a consequence he is very good with adults and children alike. Nigel has led many climbing trips up Mt. Kenya, Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Meru. He has also led Mountain gorilla treks to the Virunga Volcanoes in Uganda and Rwanda several times.

Nigel is passionate about wildlife and the people’s that inhabit these wilderness areas and he has an in-depth knowledge of the history, culture, flora and fauna of Africa. When not on safari Nigel lives in Nairobi with his wife and two daughters.
